Set to Open!
Vault, the highly anticipated new restaurant on the ground floor of the Citizens Building at 723 Central Ave., is opening for business this Tuesday May 1st! You can make reservations online here.
Vault will be the 11th new business to open downtown this year!
On Monday, Governor Asa Hutchinson announced that three census tracts in and around downtown were designated as Opportunity Zones. The Partnership has been working to get these areas designated since January. Opportunity Zones are part of a new federal program created to encourage long term capital investment in underserved areas. Investors can roll their pretax capital gains into business investments located in Opportunity Zones and enjoy a myriad of tax benefits that increase with time.
