Majestic Ribbon Cutting
The City of Hot Springs and the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality held a ribbon cutting ceremony on the Majestic Site on November 15 to signify the site has been remediated and is ready to move into the next phase of redevelopment. Several movie stars have been spotted downtown during the filming of scenes for “Arkansas,” a new Hollywood movie, at multiple downtown locations. Liam Hemsworth, Clarke Duke and The Flaming Lips were all hanging around downtown last week.
